1. HR Dept accepts an application form directly or by email. After 2 weeks, we will fulfill all the application forms.
2. After 15 launching days, HR Dept will test the capability of candidates. This time will be adjusted base on the application's number that we have received. 
3. HR Dept will announce the testing time to the candidates that application has been fulfilled. 
4. Writing test: 

•  Obligation test:
  •  IQ
  •  English 
  •  Speciality: base on application position
•  Time: IQ (30 minutes), English (50 minutes), speciality (30 - 60 minutes).

5. HR Dept checks the result and announces this to candidates after 7 days.
6. Interview: HR Dept contacts with the succeed candidates at the test come to interview. 
7. After 7 days, all the candidates will be announced the results. 
8. The candidates who passed the interview will be invite to come to company for further information like business discussion, labour contract and the related information
