Tinhvan Incubator (TVi) was founded in 2005 with the key objective is detecting, training and orientation for young talents with and new ideas in IT. Tinhvan Incubator wants to create an initial step for the talent students when sitting on the university lecture halls.
Tinhvan Incubator only focuses on "human incubation". Up to now, TVi is supply manpower of quality human resource for Tinhvan Group. Many young people matured from TVi has became the PL, PM, Team Leader, Director of Product ..., special cases have been appointed CTO of a unit member of the Group Tinhvan less than 22 years old.
We always open gate to welcome young people to join in our incubator.
